When I complained to UPS they gladly refunded my shipping charges, however they refunded them to CMS and told me I need to get CMS to refund them to me and that is becoming a real chore. The instructions that come with the generator are in a oriental language and I had to send emails to CMS to get English info which still is minimal. All said and done the generator is still in the box because I'm waiting for CMS to email me with the needed info before I can install it. Amazon does not seem to allow it's customers to complain to them (I have yet to find an email or phone #) so this is all I have. I put a reveiw on here a week ago but didn't see it posted so I assume they won't post this one either, but I have to tried since all I have for my $721 is a box of metal. I have to warn any prospective buyer of this product to avoid it, IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. There are other better generators on the internet. Look around first. See all 1 customer reviews...
